The item(s) must be returned within 14-days after purchase in the original condition. Once the item(s) are checked and accepted as return, you will be able to return the item(s). The shipping costs for the return must be paid by the customer.
Returning your item(s) is your own responsibility. If the item(s) gets lost or damaged on its way back to us, you will not get your money back. So, make sure to ask the post office to give a proof of sending to be able to trace back what happened.
Because of hygiene reasons the swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip still on. If we notice that it has been taken off and put back on after use, we can decline your return request. The rings have to be returned with the label still on.
We will transfer your money back once we have received the item(s) that you have sent back.
