The item(s) must be returned within 14-days after purchase in the original condition. The original condition entails unlaundered, unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags and
hygiene strip (for swimwear) remaining on the same place where it was when purchasing the item(s). Items that are worn, altered, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be
exchanged.

In rare cases where the item(s) are not up to standard, we ask you to please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). You can do this by sending us an e-mail with pictures
and the description of the imperfection and we will get back to you with a solution. However, Nullus Limes will not accept your return if you did not follow the care instruction or if we suspect malicious damage or behavior.
